Terms of Graphic Design Service:
Designs created by Sharuncard are exclusively for printing with Sharuncard and remain our property. If you order from us, we do not charge for design services. High-resolution, editable files will not be provided, as the design charge covers layout creation for printing only. Customers may receive a low-resolution preview for approval. By placing an order, customers agree to these terms.
Turnaround time
- 7 business days after proof approval + transit
- Add 2-3 business days for the following features/designs: Edge foil, edge paint, custom die cut, or complex designs.
- Please inform our orders department if you have any upcoming specific deadlines even if the day is outside of our regular turn-around time. This allows us to proceed accordingly if there are any production delays.
- Turn around time varies based on job complexity and size. Please feel free to email us designer@sharuncards.co.nz with any questions you may have.
